Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, please ensure your request aligns with the following guidelines:
1- Product Condition: For hygiene and quality assurance, the product must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show any signs of use or wear.
2- Timeframes:
- Returns: Must be initiated within "24 hours" of receiving your shipment.
- Exchanges: Must be initiated within "48 hours" of receiving your shipment.
3- Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, you have the right to request a replacement or return within **2 days** of delivery.
4- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5- Policy Exceptions: Items damaged due to improper use, poor care, or modified in any way after delivery are strictly excluded from returns or exchanges.
